About Don

I have spent over 40 years working with companies designing and developing lead marketing systems.

My experience has allowed me to work with direct mail, telemarketing, T.V., newspaper inserts, store stuffers, credit inserts and pre-approach lead marketing.

Don travels nationwide working with marketing organizations both big and small on Lead Prospecting and Recruiting. Below are the services he provides. Each session is fully customizable to each client’s need and can range in length and size of attendees. These sessions are high energy and very interactive.

Don Runge is known as a professional coach, marketer and motivational trainer. He focuses on creating various ways to create appointments/prospecting activity, using non-traditional marketing approaches. Don uses a relationship marketing approach and technique.

2-day combination interactive workshop plus actually going out and activating a sample personal recruiting action plan. Participants will also role play, make phone contact calls work on approaches etc. Understand the meaning of “Recruit or Die!”

  • Learn how to build a customized personal recruiting program
  • Focus is on learning simple, transferrable and current techniques and approaches
  • Eliminate last bullet, “real sources that work” and add, “Learn the how-to’s of personal recruiting
